SwiftSpark Collective is a Edinburgh-based Recruitment & Staffing agency founded in 2022. The team works with UK brands on Graduate schemes, Volume hiring and Sector-specialist recruitment, combining senior specialists with transparent reporting and a focus on measurable commercial outcomes.
SwiftSpark Collective took the time to understand our business before proposing anything. The rpo work has been consistently strong and communication is excellent.
From onboarding to delivery, everything has been professional. The volume hiring work in particular has had a real impact on our numbers.
After two disappointing agency experiences, SwiftSpark Collective was a breath of fresh air. Clear strategy, honest forecasting and results that beat our targets.
