Thea Sewell(Fab recruiter) reached out to me on LinkedIn, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. From our very first conversation and agreeing to go through the interview process, guided me through every stage of the process and even took the time to conduct mock interviews with me, which gave me so much confidence. She is an excellent communicator who was always approachable, supportive, and professional. At no point did the recruitment process feel like she was simply trying to fill a vacancy. Instead, she took the time to understand why I wanted to move on in my career and what I was looking for in my next role, ensuring the opportunity was the right fit for me. Eva Kehoe was an absolute pleasure and a delight to work with. I have never met a recruiter as good as her before. She was always attentively listening and promptly kept me updated throughout the whole process after every stage of the interview process. Whenever i had a question about the interview stage, she would very clearly state the expectations they had. After every interview stage, we caught up and I told her how it went.
