They seem to have good roles being posted, but unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be anyone on the other side of the phone or on emails willing to actually assist with finding you a new role, actively recruiting, taking initiative, showing any care. I would recommend other agencies like Reed Recruitment, they are much better, they are proactive, show initiative and actually care about candidates.

Absolutely horrendous experience. A recruiter named Vinesh Patel phones me out of the blue. I've had a hard time with lay offs & redundancies and he came across my CV and calls me only to question whether I'm "bullshitting" Advice to the recruiter: ● People are going through a super hard time with unpredictable lay offs that they aren't in control of. ● If you are going to call someone regarding a role, email first if you have any concerns, don't just call them if you aren't sure they are a suitable candidate because in a moment of time people are job hunting, they are going through very depressing and low esteem moments 😡

Hi team, I have been experiencing ongoing issues when calling your number. Calls are rarely answered, and when they are, they are often transferred multiple times before the call eventually disconnects.
