My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, both as an employee and as someone who cared about delivering great work for clients. During my time there, I witnessed a strong focus on perception and presentation rather than consistently delivering on promises. For example, I was once encouraged to position my client portfolio as smaller than it actually was during a pitch, which raised concerns for me around transparency. The company often appeared highly engaged during the pitch process, but the level of follow-through and consistency afterwards did not always match those initial expectations. From my experience, priorities could shift quickly when larger opportunities came along, leaving smaller clients vulnerable to reduced attention, changing teams, and declining quality of delivery over time. If you are considering working with this agency, I would encourage you to look beyond the pitch stage and ask detailed questions about team stability, account management, and how they maintain quality and accountability long term.

Have been working with VERB on SEO and PPC activities for about 6 months now and was completely new to the space coming into this experience. The work, of course, is great, but the main area to note really is the service that comes with it: A great balance of personable and professional, you get a dedicated team to work closely with who are always patient and nurturing. They have customer service very finely tuned and put to the forefront.

Sadly they haven't got time to call/ email you back if they think you haven't got a big enough budget. I reiterated that I don't know the costs of a website but was told the company is now too big to service my account. The irony is if they had called me back they would have known I don't have a budget. Poor customer service.
